These are our weight training classes. By using free weights, body weight, and barbells with adjustable weights, these two classes will improve your muscular strength, endurance, stability, and balance. These classes are great for beginners as well as experienced exercisers.

Cardio Pump utilizes step aerobics, intervals, weights, gliders, athletic training, and core conditioning. It’s a little bit of everything that’s guaranteed to make you sweat.


The action of stepping up and down engages your large muscle groups (glutes, quads, and hamstrings) providing the extra boost needed to intensify a cardio workout. Step is a great conditioning class with hi-lo intervals and choreographed step combinations.


Power HIIT is the perfect combination of strength and cardio. This class takes strength exercises, follows them with interval training, and then ends with some killer core work. A great workout!

With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning and body awareness, the Pilates class is designed to strengthen the core of the body. It is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen, and streamline your body. The movements are simple, yet challenging. You will leave the class feeling taller, leaner, stronger, and connected.


Yoga is a practice that strives to maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. Gentle Yoga takes a more gentle approach to the practice and is geared toward students who wish to move at a slower place. Meeting the student’s needs by providing modifications is an important part of the class focus. Chair Yoga uses a chair as a helper so the beginner (or more advanced yogi) has the option of using the chair to help with balance and stability.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support in our classic class.


This class is designed for the unique needs of active adults who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable. You will do a little cardio, a little weights, a little balance work, and a little core work. This class has it all!


This class focuses on weight bearing and balance work while promoting muscle development, power, and strength in active older adults.

Touted as an excellent way to use all of your muscles in one workout, water fitness is a fun and different class. By using the water as effective resistance, you can get a great workout without the impact on your body. Both deep and shallow water options provide you with the ability to increase cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
